Transliteration

senājīvaiś ca kauravya tathā viṣayavāsibhiḥ

Translation

Oh Kauravya, de esto depende el sustento del ejército y asimismo el de los habitantes del reino; por ello debe administrarse con previsión, para que la política del rey sostenga tanto a la fuerza combatiente como al pueblo que mora en la tierra.
