तमुद्यतगिरिं राजन्‌ व्यद्रवन्त दिवौकस: । राजन! बादलोंसे घिरे हुए सूर्यकी भाँति पर्वत उठाये हुए उस दानवको देखकर सब देवता भाग चले

Transliteration

tam udyatagiriṁ rājan vyadravanta divaukasaḥ |

Translation

Mārkaṇḍeya dijo: «¡Oh rey! Cuando los dioses vieron a aquel demonio avanzar con una montaña alzada—como el sol velado por nubes—huyeron aterrados.»
