Adhyāya 22: Śālva’s Weapon-Shower, Dāruka’s Wounding, and the Māyā-Report of Vasudeva’s Father
एवं दश दिश: सर्वास्तिर्यगूर्ध्य च भारत । नादयामासुरसुरास्ते चापि निहता मया,भारत! इस तरह वे असुर इधर-उधर ऊपर-नीचे दसों दिशाओंमें कोलाहल करते और मेरे हाथसे मारे जाते थे
evaṁ daśa diśaḥ sarvāstiryagūrdhya ca bhārata | nādayāmāsur asurās te cāpi nihatā mayā, bhārata ||
Dijo Vāyu: «Así, oh Bhārata, en las diez direcciones—de lado a lado y también en lo alto—los Asuras alzaban un gran estrépito; pero también ellos fueron abatidos por mí. Aunque el tumulto se derrame por doquier, halla su fin cuando se le opone una fuerza alineada con el dharma.»
