अचेष्टमपि चासीनं श्री: कंचिदुपतिछ्ठति

Transliteration

aceṣṭam api cāsīnaṁ śrīḥ kaṁcid upatiṣṭhati

Translation

Aun cuando una persona no haga esfuerzo alguno hacia afuera y permanezca simplemente sentada, la prosperidad (Śrī) puede, con todo, venir y ponerse a su lado. El cazador señala que el éxito mundano no es siempre una medida directa del mérito ni del empeño; por ello debe juzgarse por el dharma y la conducta, y no por la fortuna visible.
