करिष्यामि हि तत्‌ सर्वमुक्त यत्‌ ते मयि प्रभो | युधिष्ठिरने कहा--द्विजश्रेष्ठ] आपने मुझे जो उपदेश दिया है, वह मेरे कानोंको मधुर एवं मनको प्रिय लगा है। विभो! मैं आपकी आज्ञाका यत्नपूर्वक पालन करूँगा। ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ। मेरे मनमें लोभ, भय और ईर्ष्या नहीं है। प्रभो! आपने मेरे लिये जो कहा है, इसका अवश्य पालन करूँगा

Transliteration

kariṣyāmi hi tat sarvam uktaṃ yat te mayi prabho |

Translation

Yudhiṣṭhira dijo: «Oh señor, ciertamente cumpliré por entero cuanto has dicho acerca de mí. Tu instrucción es dulce a mis oídos y querida a mi corazón; con esmerado empeño seguiré tu mandato. Oh el más excelso de los brahmanes, en mi mente no hay codicia, ni temor, ni envidia. Señor, lo que has dicho para mí, sin falta lo acataré».
