अनन्तरिक्षे लोके5स्मिन् देवदानववर्जिते । त्वमेव प्रलये विप्र ब्रह्माणमुपतिष्ठसे
anantarikṣe loke 'smin devadānavavarjite | tvam eva pralaye vipra brahmāṇam upatiṣṭhase ||
«Oh brāhmaṇa, cuando en el tiempo de la disolución cósmica este mundo—incluida la región intermedia—queda vacío, sin dioses ni asuras, tú solo permaneces, asistiendo a Brahmā con reverente servicio.»
