प्रावृट्-शरत्-वर्णनम् — Description of the Monsoon and Autumn; Sarasvatī in the Pāṇḍavas’ Exile
त॑ं शंससि भयाविष्टमापन्नमरिसूदनम् एतदिच्छाम्यहं श्रीतुं परं कौतूहलं हि मे
taṁ śaṁsasi bhayāviṣṭam āpannam arisūdanam | etad icchāmy ahaṁ śrotuṁ paraṁ kautūhalaṁ hi me ||
Janamejaya dijo: «Dices que ese Bhīmasena, el matador de enemigos, fue presa del miedo y cayó en la aflicción. Quiero oírlo todo, pues mi curiosidad se enciende sobremanera: ¿cómo puede decirse que el héroe que, en el orgullo de su fuerza, desafió incluso a Kubera, hijo de Pulastya, y que dio muerte a muchos Yakṣas y Rākṣasas en la orilla del lago Puṣkariṇī de Kubera, ahora estuviera aterrorizado y atribulado?»
