Kailāsa-darśana, Badarī-vāsa, and Sarasvatī–Dvaitavana Transition
The passage highlights dharma as faithful completion of an entrusted duty: when a righteous task is fulfilled—especially one undertaken for a higher cause—inner joy and renewed vigor arise, and rightful honor follows without being the primary motive.
Arjuna reports that after finishing the gods’ work in battle, he feels elated and energized. Indra’s charioteer Mātali then swiftly takes him from the battlefield to Indra’s palace.
