अदृश्यत तत: साक्षाद् भगवान् गोवृषध्वज: । उमासहायो व्यालधृग् बहुरूप: पिनाकधृकू,इस प्रकार उमासहित साक्षात् भगवान् वृषभ-ध्वजका दर्शन हुआ। उन्होंने अपने अंगोंमें सर्प और हाथमें पिनाक धारण कर रखे थे। अनेक रूपधारी भगवान् शूलपाणि उस रणभूमिमें मेरे निकट आकर पूर्ववत् सामने खड़े हो गये और बोले--'परंतप! मैं तुमपर संतुष्ट हूँ"
adṛśyata tataḥ sākṣād bhagavān govṛṣadhvajaḥ | umāsahāyo vyāladhṛg bahurūpaḥ pinākadhṛk ||
Entonces el Bienaventurado Señor, cuyo estandarte lleva el toro, se hizo visible en persona—acompañado de Umā, adornado con serpientes y empuñando el arco Pināka. El Señor de muchas formas, el portador del tridente, se acercó a mí en aquel campo de batalla, se plantó ante mí como antes y dijo: «Oh abrasador de enemigos, estoy complacido contigo».
