dīpyamānaṃ mahāśūlaṃ pragṛhya maṇimān api

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dijo: Asiendo una gran lanza que ardía en resplandor—adornada además con joyas—se dispuso a un acto decisivo; el fulgor del arma subrayaba la gravedad del instante y la intención de responder fuerza con fuerza.
