Bhīma’s Entry into Kubera’s Nalinī and the Taking of Saugandhika Lotuses (सौगन्धिकोत्पल-ग्रहणम्)
बल॑ चातिबलो मेने न मे5स्ति सदृशो महान् | ततः पुनरथोवाच पर्यश्रुनयनो हरि:,अत्यन्त बलशाली भीमसेनको यह अनुभव हुआ कि मेरा बल बहुत बढ़ गया। अब मेरे समान दूसरा कोई महान् नहीं है। फिर हनुमानजीने अपने नेत्रोंमें आँसू भरकर सौहार्दसे गद्गदवाणीद्वारा भीमसेनको सम्बोधित करके कहा--“वीर! अब तुम अपने निवास- स्थानपर जाओ। बातचीतके प्रसंगमें कभी मेरा भी स्मरण करते रहना
balaṃ cātibalo mene na me 'sti sadṛśo mahān | tataḥ punar athovāca paryaśru-nayano hariḥ ||
Bhīma, sintiéndose extraordinariamente poderoso, pensó: «Mi fuerza ha crecido inmensamente; no hay grande alguno igual a mí». Entonces Hanumān, con los ojos anegados en lágrimas, habló de nuevo—con afecto fraternal y la voz quebrada por la emoción—y aconsejó a Bhīma: «Héroe, vuelve ahora a tu morada. Y cuando se presente la ocasión en la conversación, acuérdate también de mí».
