Gandhamādana-praveśa and the Sudden Storm (गन्धमादनप्रवेशः — चण्डवातवर्षवर्णनम्)
एतस्योरसि सुव्यक्तं श्रीवत्समभिराजते । पश्यध्वं विबुधा: सर्वे भूतमेतदनामयम्,इनके वक्षःस्थलमें स्पष्टरूपसे श्रीवत्सचिह्न प्रकाशित हो रहा है। देवताओ! ये रोग- शोकसे रहित साक्षात् भगवान् ही वाराहरूपसे प्रकट हुए हैं, तुम सब लोग इनका दर्शन करो
etasyorasi suvyaktaṁ śrīvatsam abhirājate | paśyadhvaṁ vibudhāḥ sarve bhūtam etad anāmayam ||
Dijo Lomaśa: «En su pecho resplandece, nítida, la marca del Śrīvatsa. Mirad, oh dioses todos: este ser se ha manifestado aquí libre de toda aflicción; es el Señor mismo, revelado en la forma del Jabalí. Contempladlo.»
लोमश उवाच
The verse emphasizes discernment of the divine through recognized signs (like the Śrīvatsa) and invites reverent darśana: when the sacred manifests, one should acknowledge it with clarity, humility, and devotion.
Lomaśa points out a clear divine emblem on the being’s chest and calls upon the assembled gods to look—identifying the manifested figure as the Lord himself (understood here as appearing in the Varāha form), free from any affliction.
