सो>हमेत्य कुरुश्रेष्ठ द्वारकां पाण्डुनन्दन । अश्रौषं त्वां व्यसनिनं युयुधानादू यथातथम्,कुरुप्रवर पाण्डुनन्दन! जब मैं द्वारकामें आया, तब सात्यकिसे आपके संकटमें पड़नेका यथावत् समाचार सुना
so ’ham ity a kuruśreṣṭha dvārakāṃ pāṇḍunandana | aśrauṣaṃ tvāṃ vyasaninaṃ yuyudhānād yathātatham ||
«Así pues, vine (como diciendo: “Aquí estoy”), oh el mejor de los Kurus, oh alegría de los Pāṇḍus, a Dvārakā. Allí oí de Yuyudhāna el relato completo y fiel de tu aflicción.»
वायुदेव उवाच
In times of crisis, dharma is supported by truthful communication and timely assistance: accurate reporting (yathātatham) enables responsible action and solidarity with those afflicted.
Vāyudeva addresses a Pāṇḍava, stating that he went to Dvārakā and there learned from Yuyudhāna (Sātyaki) the precise details of the Pāṇḍava’s misfortune, setting the stage for response and support.
