त्वरमाण: स चोत्थाय सोमक: सह मन्त्रिभि: । प्रविश्यान्त:पुरं पुत्रमाश्चासयदरिंदम:,तब शत्रुदमन राजा सोमकने मन्त्रियोंसहित उठकर बड़ी उतावलीके साथ अन्तःपुरमें प्रवेश किया और पुत्रको आश्वासन दिया
tvaramāṇaḥ sa cotthāya somakaḥ saha mantribhiḥ | praviśyāntaḥpuraṃ putram āśvāsayad arindamaḥ ||
Entonces el rey Somaka, con premura, se levantó al instante con sus ministros y entró en los aposentos interiores. Allí reconfortó a su hijo—domador de enemigos—dándole consuelo y firmeza en aquel momento de zozobra.
लोगश उवाच
A king’s dharma includes timely action and emotional steadiness: he must respond quickly to danger or distress, seek counsel, and strengthen those under his care—beginning with his own household—so that fear does not erode right conduct.
Somaka urgently rises with his ministers, enters the private inner quarters of the palace, and consoles his son, restoring his confidence at a tense moment.
