Kṛṣṇa’s Counsel to Dhṛtarāṣṭra in the Assembly
निषसादासने कृष्णो राजानश्व यथासनम् | भारत! अर्घ्य ग्रहण करके जब ऋषिलोग उन आसनोंपर बैठ गये, तब भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण तथा अन्य राजाओंने भी अपना-अपना आसन ग्रहण किया
niṣasādāsane kṛṣṇo rājānaś ca yathāsanam | bhārata! arghya-grahaṇaṃ kṛtvā yadā ṛṣayaḥ teṣv āsaneṣu niṣeduḥ, tadā bhagavān śrīkṛṣṇaḥ tathā anye rājānaḥ api sva-svam āsanam agṛhṇan |
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Kṛṣṇa se sentó en su asiento, y los reyes también ocuparon sus lugares como correspondía. ¡Oh descendiente de Bharata! Cuando los sabios, tras aceptar el arghya—la ofrenda ceremonial de respeto—, se hubieron sentado en los asientos que les estaban destinados, entonces el bienaventurado Śrī Kṛṣṇa y los demás reyes tomaron asimismo sus propios asientos.
