अविलोपेन धर्मस्य अनिकृत्या परंतप । प्रभावज्ञास्मि ते कृष्ण सत्यस्याभिजनस्यथ च
avilopena dharmasya anikṛtyā parantapa | prabhāvajñāsmi te kṛṣṇa satyasyābhijanasya ca ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Oh Parantapa, actúa a su debido tiempo y con justeza, sin permitir que el dharma se menoscabe, y manteniéndote lejos del engaño y la torcedura. Oh Kṛṣṇa, conozco bien el poder de tu fidelidad a la verdad y la fuerza de tu noble linaje y su código de conducta.»
