Preparations to Honor Keśava at the Kuru Court
The verse highlights dharmic hospitality: honoring guests—especially learned brāhmaṇas—by serving them well before attending to oneself, and sharing food and shelter in a spirit of respect and community.
Keśava (Kṛṣṇa) arranges and serves excellent food to the brāhmaṇas present, then eats together with them, and remains there for the night comfortably, as narrated by Vaiśampāyana.
