एवंविधानां दुःखानामभिज्ञो5सि जनार्दन । त्रायस्व पुण्डरीकाक्ष सभर्तज्ञातिबान्धवान्,जनार्दन! हमलोगोंपर ऐसे-ऐसे महान् दुःख आते रहे हैं, जिन्हें आप अच्छी तरह जानते हैं। कमलनयन! पति, कुटुम्बी तथा बान्धवजनोंसहित हमलोगोंकी आप रक्षा करें
evaṁvidhānāṁ duḥkhānām abhijño 'si janārdana | trāyasva puṇḍarīkākṣa sabhartṛjñātibāndhavān ||
Oh Janārdana, bien conoces las muchas clases de sufrimientos que han caído sobre nosotros. Oh de ojos de loto, protégenos—junto con nuestros esposos, parientes y deudos—para que seamos sostenidos en el dharma en medio de esta crisis.
