किंनु कुर्या कथं कुर्या क्व नु गच्छामि संजय । एते नश्यन्ति कुरवो मन्दा: कालवशं गता:,संजय! क्या करूँ, कैसे करूँ और कहाँ चला जाऊँ? ये मूर्ख कौरव कालके वशीभूत होकर नष्ट होना चाहते हैं
kiṃ nu kuryā kathaṃ kuryā kva nu gacchāmi sañjaya | ete naśyanti kuravo mandāḥ kālavaśaṃ gatāḥ ||
Dijo Dhṛtarāṣṭra: «¿Qué he de hacer—cómo he de obrar, y adónde he de ir, Sañjaya? Estos necios Kurus, sometidos al poder del Tiempo, se precipitan hacia la destrucción».
