Sanatsujāta on the Imperceptible Eternal Light (यत्तच्छुक्रं महज्ज्योतिः)
Grief is overcome through Self-knowledge: when one realizes the same Self present in all beings, the apparent separations that fuel lamentation lose their force, and sorrow has no further basis.
In the Sanatsujātīya section of Udyoga Parva, Sanatsujāta instructs (in a philosophical discourse) that insight into the Self’s presence in all beings leads to freedom from śoka (lamentation), even amid the diverse engagements and conditions seen in the world.
