अकृतव्रण उवाच
Speech should be evaluated by its fitness (upapannatā) and its alignment with dharma; when someone speaks rightly, the proper response is respectful acknowledgment and attentive listening before offering one’s own counsel.
In a dialogue scene of the Udyoga Parva, Akṛtavraṇa addresses a woman respectfully, affirms that her dharma-centered words are appropriate, and then asks her to listen as he prepares to present his own viewpoint or advice.
