Bhīṣma’s Appointment as Commander-in-Chief
विदुरस्यापि तद् वाक्यं श्रुतं भीष्मस्यथ चो भयो: । कुन्त्याश्न विपुलप्रज्ञ प्रज्ञा कार्त्स्न्येन ते श्रुता
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
vidurasya api tad vākyaṃ śrutaṃ bhīṣmasya atha ca ubhayoḥ |
kuntīyāś ca vipulaprajña prajñā kārtsnyena te śrutā ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: También has escuchado las palabras pronunciadas por Vidura y por Bhīṣma—en verdad, por ambos. Oh hombre de vasto entendimiento, asimismo has oído en su totalidad el consejo ponderado de Kuntī.
