[दाक्षिणात्य अधिक पाठका इं श्लोक मिलाकर कुल ७१ ३ “लोक हैं।] भीकम (2 अमान द्विपज्चाशर्दाधिकशततमो< ध्याय: कुरुक्षेत्रमें पाण्डव-सेनाका पड़ाव तथा शिविर-निर्माण वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो देशे समे स्निग्धे प्रभूतयवसेन्धने । निवेशयामास तदा सेनां राजा युधिष्ठटिर:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! तदनन्तर राजा युधिष्ठिरने एक चिकने और समतल प्रदेशमें जहाँ घास और ईंधनकी अधिकता थी, अपनी सेनाका पड़ाव डाला
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tato deśe same snigdhe prabhūtayavasendhane | niveśayāmāsa tadā senāṃ rājā yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Entonces el rey Yudhiṣṭhira hizo acampar a su ejército en una comarca llana y agradable, bien provista de abundante hierba y leña, eligiendo un lugar capaz de sostener a las tropas y a sus animales mientras proseguía la marcha hacia la guerra.
