Karna–Krishna Dialogue: Omens and Dream-Signs
यदा द्रक्ष्यसि संग्रामे श्वेताश्व॑ं कृष्णसारथिम् | ऐन्द्रमस्त्रं विकुर्वाणमुभे चाप्यग्निमारुते
sañjaya uvāca | yadā drakṣyasi saṅgrāme śvetāśvaṃ kṛṣṇa-sārathim | aindram astraṃ vikurvāṇam ubhe cāpy agni-mārute, karṇa |
Oh Karṇa, cuando en la batalla veas a Arjuna—con sus caballos blancos y a Śrī Kṛṣṇa por auriga—desplegando el arma de Indra, y también los proyectiles de fuego y de viento; y cuando el bramido del Gāṇḍīva, terrible como el trueno del rayo, golpee tus oídos, el orden mismo de las edades parecerá derrumbarse ante ti. Ya no sentirás la presencia de Satya, Tretā ni Dvāpara: sólo el pavoroso espíritu de Kali, pura discordia, dominará tu mirada.
