तैः कृत्वा सह संघातं गिरिदुर्गालयं चर । काले व्यसनमाकाड्क्षन् नैवायमजरामर:,तू उन सबके साथ मैत्री करके यथासमय अपने शत्रु सिन्धुराजपर विपत्ति आनेकी प्रतीक्षा करता हुआ पर्वतोंकी दुर्गम गुफामें विचरता रह; क्योंकि यह सिन्धुराज कोई अजर, अमर तो है नहीं
taiḥ kṛtvā saha saṅghātaṃ giridurga-ālayaṃ cara | kāle vyasanam ākāṅkṣan naivāyam ajarāmaraḥ ||
Tras forjar alianza con ellos, habita y muévete en una fortaleza de montaña—en sus cuevas y desfiladeros—aguardando el momento oportuno, atento a que la calamidad caiga sobre tu enemigo, el rey de Sindhu. Pues ese soberano de Sindhu no es en verdad ni sin vejez ni inmortal; también su poder hallará su hora de declive.
