यन्मां भवन्तो वक्ष्यन्ति कार्यमर्थसमन्वितम्‌ । तदहं वै करिष्यामि नात्र कार्या विचारणा

yan māṃ bhavanto vakṣyanti kāryam arthasamanvitam | tad ahaṃ vai kariṣyāmi nātra kāryā vicāraṇā ||

Dijo Vainya: «Cualquier tarea que me ordenéis, si está colmada de propósito y de bien, la cumpliré sin falta. En esto no hay lugar para vacilación ni para otra consideración.»
