कच्चिज्ज्ञानानि सर्वाणि प्रसन्नानि यथा पुरा । कच्चिन्न व्याकुला चैव बुद्धिस्ते वदतां वर

Transliteration

kaccij jñānāni sarvāṇi prasannāni yathā purā | kaccin na vyākulā caiva buddhis te vadatāṃ vara ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana dijo: “¡Oh, el mejor de los oradores! ¿Están todas tus facultades de conocimiento tan serenas y claras como antes? ¿No se ha turbado tu entendimiento?” En el marco ético de las enseñanzas del Śānti, esta pregunta resguarda la fiabilidad de la instrucción: el verdadero consejo sobre el dharma debe brotar de una mente firme y de un discernimiento intacto.
