Nāga-āyatana-darśana-pratīkṣā — The Brāhmaṇa’s Request and Waiting on the Gomatī

मेरो: प्रचक्राम तत: पर्वतं गन्धमादनम्‌ | निपपात च खात्‌ तूर्ण विशालां बदरीमनु,तदनन्तर वे मेरुसे गन्धमादन पर्वतकी ओर चले और बदरीविशालतीर्थके समीप तुरंत ही आकाशसे नीचे उतर पड़े

Meruḥ pracakrāma tataḥ parvataṁ Gandhamādanam | nipapāta ca khāt tūrṇaṁ Viśālāṁ Badarīm anu ||

Vaiśampāyana dijo: Entonces partió de Meru hacia la montaña Gandhamādana, y con presteza descendió del cielo, llegando cerca del vado sagrado llamado Badarī-Viśālā.
