धर्मस्य बहुद्वारत्वम् — Nārada’s Audience with Indra (Śānti-parva 340)

तयोयें त्वन्वये जाता भविष्यन्ति वनौकस: । महाबला महावीर्या: शक्रतुल्यपराक्रमा:,उन दोनोंके वंशमें जो वनवासी वानर जन्म लेंगे, वे महाबली, महापराक्रमी और इन्द्रके तुल्य पराक्रम प्रकट करनेमें समर्थ होंगे

Transliteration

tayor ye tv anvaye jātā bhaviṣyanti vanaukasaḥ | mahābalā mahāvīryāḥ śakra-tulya-parākramāḥ ||

Translation

Dijo Bhīṣma: «Quienes nazcan en el linaje de esos dos como monos moradores del bosque serán de gran fuerza y gran heroísmo, capaces de mostrar un valor igual al de Śakra (Indra)».
