Adhyāya 325: Nārada in Śvetadvīpa—Stotra to the Nirguṇa Mahātman
पितुर्वचनमाज्ञाय तमेवार्थ विचिन्तयन् । अध्यानं सो5तिचक्राम खेचर: खे चरज्निव
pitur vacanam ājñāya tam evārthaṁ vicintayan | adhyānaṁ so ’ticakrāma khecaraḥ khe carann iva ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: Habiendo comprendido y aceptado la orden de su padre, siguió reflexionando únicamente sobre ese propósito. Cumplió todo el viaje a pie, recorriendo la tierra con la misma libertad y firmeza con que un ave que surca el cielo se mueve por el firmamento—mostrando obediencia disciplinada y una atención inquebrantable a lo que debe conocerse y hacerse.
