Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
कथा च येयं नृपते प्रसक्ता देवे महावीर्यमतौ शुभेयम् । योगी स सर्वानिभिभूय मर्त्यान् नारायणात्मा कुरुते महात्मा
kathā ca yeyam nṛpate prasaktā deve mahāvīryamatau śubheyam | yogī sa sarvān abhibhūya martyān nārāyaṇātmā kurute mahātmā ||
Bhishma dijo: «Oh rey, en el curso de esta conversación te he referido este relato auspicioso acerca de lo Divino, dotado de gran heroísmo y sabiduría. Ese yogui de gran alma, al elevarse por encima de todos los mortales, se vuelve uno en esencia con Nārāyaṇa; y, por el mero acto de su voluntad, llega a ejercer poder creador sobre el mundo».
