Adhyāya 284: Tapas as a Corrective to Household Attachment
Parāśara’s Instruction
सहस्राध्मातघण्टाय घण्टामालाप्रियाय च । प्राणघण्टाय गन्धाय नम: कलकलाय च
sahasrādhmātaghaṇṭāya ghaṇṭāmālāpriyāya ca | prāṇaghaṇṭāya gandhāya namaḥ kalakalāya ca ||
Dijo Bhīṣma: Salutaciones al que hace resonar su campana como si hubiera sido soplada mil veces; al que se deleita en guirnaldas de campanas; al que es la campana misma de la vida, la resonancia vital interior; a la Presencia fragante; y salutaciones al que suena con el suave murmullo ondulante del «kalakala».
