श्रेयो-धर्मकर्मविचारः
Inquiry into Śreyas, Dharma, and Karma
वृत्र बवाच एवं गते मे न विषादो<स्ति कश्चित् सम्यक् च पश्यामि वचस्तथैतत् | श्रुत्वा तु ते वाचमदीनसत्त्व विकल्मषोअस्म्यद्य तथा विपाप्मा
Vṛtra uvāca—evaṁ gate me na viṣādo 'sti kaścit, samyak ca paśyāmi vacas tathaitat | śrutvā tu te vācam adīna-sattva, vikalmaṣo 'smy adya tathā vipāpmā ||
Vṛtra dijo: «Si las cosas son así, entonces ya no queda tristeza en mí. Veo con claridad tus palabras y las acepto como verdaderas. Oh tú de corazón noble: al oír hoy tu voz, me siento purificado; mis manchas han caído y quedo libre de pecado».
