मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
तत्त्वाभेदेन यच्छास्त्रं तत् कार्य नान्यथाविधम् | असमीक्ष्यैव कर्माणि नीतिशास्त्रं यथाविधि
tattvābhedena yacchāstraṃ tat kāryaṃ nānyathāvidham | asamīkṣyaiva karmāṇi nītiśāstraṃ yathāvidhi ||
Dyumatsena dijo: «El tratado que establece la política y el castigo conforme a los verdaderos principios (de la realidad y de la recta conducta) debe aplicarse exactamente como prescribe, y no de otro modo. Sin examinar debidamente los actos (del culpable) y sin reflexionar como corresponde sobre la ciencia del gobierno tal como se enseña, no debe imponerse un castigo contrario a la norma».
