अहिंसा-प्रधान धर्मविचारः
Ahiṃsā as the Superior Dharma: Practical and Scriptural Reasoning
एवमुक्ता महाबाहो मृत्यु: परपुरंजय । न व्याजहार तस्थौ च प्रह्मा भगवदुन्मुखी
evam uktā mahābāho mṛtyuḥ parapuraṃjaya | na vyājahāra tasthau ca brahmā bhagavad-unmukhī ||
Bhīṣma dijo: «Así interpelada, oh de brazos poderosos, oh conquistador de fortalezas enemigas, la Muerte no pudo pronunciar palabra. Volviendo el rostro hacia Brahmā, permaneció allí con las manos juntas, aceptando en silencio su mandato.»
