अनिसृष्टानि गुरुणा फलानि मनुजर्षभ । भक्षितानि महाराज तत्र मां शाधि मा चिरम्,“नरश्रेष्ठ! मैंने बड़े भाईके दिये बिना ही उनके बगीचेसे फल लेकर खा लिये हैं; महाराज! इसके लिये मुझे शीघ्र दण्ड दीजिये”
anissṛṣṭāni guruṇā phalāni manujarṣabha | bhakṣitāni mahārāja tatra māṃ śādhi mā ciram ||
Vyāsa dijo: «Oh toro entre los hombres, oh gran rey: sin el permiso de mi hermano mayor he comido frutos que no me fueron concedidos. Por esta falta, castígame de inmediato; no te demores».
