पक््वविद्या महाप्राज्ञा जितक्रोधा जितेन्द्रिया: । मनसा कर्मणा वाचा नापराध्यन्ति करहिचित्,उनका ज्ञान परिपक्व होता है। वे महाज्ञानी, क्रोधको जीतनेवाले और जितेन्द्रिय होते हैं तथा मन, वाणी और शरीरसे कभी किसीका अपराध नहीं करते हैं
pakvavidyā mahāprājñā jitakrodhā jitendriyāḥ | manasā karmaṇā vācā nāparādhyanti karhicit ||
Dijo Jaigiṣavya: Aquellos cuyo saber ha madurado hasta volverse verdadera sabiduría son grandes en entendimiento. Habiendo vencido la ira y dominado los sentidos, jamás ofenden a nadie: ni con el pensamiento, ni con la obra, ni con la palabra.
जैगीषव्य उवाच
True education is measured by character: the genuinely wise conquer anger and the senses, and therefore avoid harming or offending others in thought, word, and deed.
In the Śānti Parva’s instruction on dharma and right conduct, the speaker Jaigiṣavya describes the qualities of the truly learned—those whose knowledge has matured into disciplined, non-offensive behavior.
