शृणोति कथितं जीव: कर्णाभ्यां न शृणोति तत् । महर्षे मनसि व्यग्रे तस्माज्जीवो निरर्थक:
Translation
¡Oh gran rishi! El ser viviente oye lo que se le dice con ambos oídos; pero si la mente está turbada, aun oyendo no oye. Por ello, es vano admitir una existencia del ser aparte de la mente.
