Bhīmasena’s Counsel on Grief, Inner Conflict, and the Duty of Kingship (भीमसेन-उपदेशः)
राजन् विदितधर्मोडसि न ते<स्त्यविदितं क्वचित् | उपशिक्षाम ते वृत्तं सदैव न च शक्नुम:
rājan viditadharmo 'si na te 'sty aviditaṃ kvacit | upaśikṣāṃ te vṛttaṃ sadaiva na ca śaknumaḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Oh rey, tú conoces el dharma; no hay nada, en ningún lugar, que te sea desconocido. En verdad, nosotros recibimos siempre de ti instrucción en la recta conducta. Por ello, no podemos presumir de instruirte.»
