एवं विचिन्तयामास मूषिक: शरत्रुचेष्टितम्
evaṁ vicintayāmāsa mūṣikaḥ śatrucēṣṭitam |
Así, el ratón meditó con cuidado sobre la maniobra del enemigo. Diestro en discernir los medios para asegurar su propósito, y capaz de juzgar cuándo convenía la conciliación o el conflicto, calmó al gato y habló con palabras dulces, ocultando la estrategia bajo el velo de la mansedumbre.
