वैशम्पायन उवाच त्वद्युक्तोडयमनुप्रश्नो यन्मां पृच्छसि पार्थिव । तत्ते5हं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि यथावद्‌ भरतर्षभ

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tvad-yukto 'yam anupraśno yan māṃ pṛcchasi pārthiva | tat te 'haṃ sampravakṣyāmi yathāvad bharatarṣabha ||

Translation

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: «Tu pregunta de seguimiento es apropiada, oh rey, pues me interrogas sobre ello. Por tanto, te lo explicaré por completo y con corrección, oh toro entre los Bhāratas».
