शल्यस्य सेनापत्याभ्युपगमः | Śalya’s Acceptance of Command
तथा विवसनां दीनां स्मरन्त्यद्यापि पाण्डवा: | 'ट्रौपदी एक वस्त्र पहने हुए थी
tathā vivasanāṃ dīnāṃ smaranty adyāpi pāṇḍavāḥ |
Dijo Sañjaya: Aún hoy los Pāṇḍavas recuerdan cómo Draupadī fue llevada a la asamblea real y reducida a un estado lastimoso, como si quedara desnuda—un ultraje cometido en el salón del reino que se volvió una herida perdurable para su sentido de justicia y honor, y una causa moral que siguió alimentando su determinación.
