शकक््त्यस्त्रं भगवान् भीम॑ पुनः: पुनरवाकिरत् । आदथधच्चात्मनस्तेजो हविषेद्ध इवानल:
śaktyastraṃ bhagavān bhīmaḥ punaḥ punaḥ avākirat | ādadhac cātmanas tejo haviṣeddha ivānalaḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśaṃpāyana: El poderoso Bhīma, una y otra vez, descargó una lluvia del arma Śakti. Luego reunió y afirmó su propia energía interior, como un fuego encendido y alimentado con oblaciones, acrecentando su fuerza para el siguiente acto decisivo en la batalla.
