कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue
ततः स भगवान् धीमान् सर्वलोकपितामह: । मनसा चिन्तयामास किमयं लभतामिति,तदनन्तर सर्वलोकपितामह बुद्धिमान् भगवान् ब्रह्माने मन-ही-मन चिन्तन किया कि “यह बालक कौन-सा आधिपत्य ग्रहण करे”
tataḥ sa bhagavān dhīmān sarvalokapitāmahaḥ | manasā cintayāmāsa kim ayaṁ labhatām iti ||
Entonces el bienaventurado y sabio Abuelo de todos los mundos (Brahmā) reflexionó en su mente: «¿Qué soberanía o señorío debe obtener este niño?». El verso destaca un instante de discernimiento responsable: el poder no se concede por impulso, sino que se sopesa con previsión por el bien del orden del mundo.
