कार्त्तिकेयाभिषेकः — Consecration of Kārttikeya and the Enumeration of His Retinue
देवर्षयश्न सिद्धाश्न बृहस्पतिपुरोगमा: । पितरो जगत: श्रेष्ठा देवानामपि देवता:
devarṣayaś ca siddhāś ca bṛhaspatipurogamāḥ | pitaraḥ jagataḥ śreṣṭhā devānām api devatāḥ ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: «Allí estaban los rishis divinos y los seres perfectos, encabezados por Bṛhaspati; y también los Pitṛs—los antepasados, los más excelsos entre los mundos—venerados como deidades incluso por los propios dioses».
