Saptasārasvata-tīrtha-prasaṅgaḥ | The Saptasārasvata Pilgrimage Account and the Maṅkaṇaka Narrative
तत्र दत्त्वा हलधरो विप्रेभ्यो विविधं वसु
tatra dattvā haladharo viprebhyo vividhaṃ vasu, prayayau sahito vipraiḥ stūyamānaś ca mādhavaḥ |

वैशम्पायन उवाच

Balarāma (Haladhara) gives various kinds of wealth to the brāhmaṇas and then departs together with them; along the way, Mādhava is being praised, indicating a devotional and auspicious atmosphere surrounding the departure.
