Unrestrained Battle Description and Śakuni’s Rear Assault
अति सर्वाणि भूतानि ददृशु: सर्वमानवा: । उस महामनस्वी वीरकी फुर्ती, अस्त्र-संचालनका सुन्दर ढंग तथा पराक्रम--इन सबको सब लोगोंने सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंसे बढ़-चढ़कर देखा
ati sarvāṇi bhūtāni dadṛśuḥ sarvamānavāḥ |
Sañjaya dijo: Todos los hombres lo contemplaron como superior a todos los seres vivientes: su briosa rapidez, la gracia con que dominaba las armas y su valor. La escena muestra cómo la excelencia marcial, cuando se exhibe ante la mirada pública, se vuelve la medida con que se juzga a un guerrero bajo las presiones morales de la guerra.
