Rudra’s Omitted Share in the Yajña (रुद्रभागानुपपत्तिः — यज्ञोपाख्यानम्)

सो5कल्प्यमाने भागे तु कृत्तिवासा मखेडमरै: । ततः साधनमन्विच्छन्‌ धनुरादौ ससर्ज ह

so 'kalpyamāne bhāge tu kṛttivāsā makheḍamaraiḥ | tataḥ sādhanam anvicchan dhanur ādau sasarja ha ||

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Cuando se estaba disponiendo la porción asignada, Kṛttivāsā (Śiva), en medio del tumulto y el clamor de la asamblea, buscando un medio eficaz para cumplir su propósito, hizo surgir primero un arco.
