पाण्डवा ऊचु. तथेत्युक्त्वाब्रुवन्‌ सर्वे यथा नो वदसेडनघ । त्वं पितृव्य: पितृसमो वयं च त्वत्परायणा:,पाण्डवोंने कहा--बहुत अच्छा, ऐसा ही हो। इतना कहकर वे सब फिर बोले --“अनघ! आप हमें जैसा कहें--जैसी आज्ञा दें, वही शिरोधार्य है। आप हमारे पितृव्य (पिताके भाई) हैं, अतः पिताके ही तुल्य हैं। हम सब भाई आपकी शरणमें हैं

Transliteration

Pāṇḍavā ūcuḥ: tathety uktvābruvan sarve yathā no vadasy anagha | tvaṃ pitṛvyaḥ pitṛsamo vayaṃ ca tvat-parāyaṇāḥ ||

Translation

Los Pāṇḍavas dijeron: «Así sea». Y, tras asentir, hablaron de nuevo todos: «Oh intachable, cuanto nos digas—cualquier mandato que nos des—lo aceptaremos como vinculante. Eres nuestro tío paterno, igual a un padre; y nosotros, hermanos, nos acogemos a ti y dependemos de tu guía».
