एवमुक्त्वा स तानू सर्वान् दीक्षित: पाण्डवाग्रज: । युयोज स यथायोगमधिकारेष्वनन्तरम्,यज्ञदीक्षित युधिष्ठिरने ऐसा कहकर उन सबको यथायोग्य अधिकारोंमें लगाया
evam uktvā sa tānū sarvān dīkṣitaḥ pāṇḍavāgrajaḥ | yuyoja sa yathāyogam adhikāreṣv anantaram ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: Dicho esto, Yudhiṣṭhira—el mayor de los Pāṇḍavas, ya consagrado para el sacrificio—dispuso de inmediato a todos ellos en sus respectivas funciones, según la aptitud y el orden debido. El verso realza el gobierno ordenado y la asignación ética de responsabilidades en una empresa sagrada.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Dharma in leadership is shown through assigning duties according to merit and suitability, especially in sacred or public undertakings; right order and prompt execution protect both ethical integrity and communal welfare.
After speaking to the assembled persons, Yudhiṣṭhira—already under the discipline of sacrificial consecration—immediately organizes the participants by appointing each to an appropriate role in the forthcoming ritual arrangements.
